  I do not recommend using this company at all! Horrible customer service, very lengthy wait times, and overall ineffective. Every local representative I spoke with while dealing with this company was very rude. I did however reach representatives in El Paso a couple times and they were very pleasant and helpful. That's the only positive thing I can say about Fred Loya. While purchasing a new vehicle I had to jump through hoops and fire just to get it insured. On another vehicle they never provided a declaration to my lien holder as they are supposed to. I received a penalty in result of their carelessness and irresponsibility. My last straw with this company was trying to make a payment and being unable to access their website or app and I could not reach a representative ANYWHERE. I switched to another company immediately with no haggle, no attitude, etc. for LESS! Don't waste your time with this place.
